Two offers

I come in. We find it. We fix that first.

For New Zealand Business Owners. Start with a Floor Walk. Stay on only if the constraint still needs muscle after the free capacity is used.

One or two days

The Floor Walk

On site. I follow one real job from enquiry to cash. I stand at the piles. I talk to the people who actually move the work.

You leave with three things written in your language:

  • the constraint, named so your team recognises it
  • one change for this week that does not need a purchase
  • one number to watch so you know if it worked

Paid. Fixed scope.

A few weeks, after a Floor Walk

The Elevation

I work the named constraint with your people until flow or money moves.

That looks like staggered lunches, complete kits before a job starts, quality moved in front of the pile, mix ranked by money per constraint-hour, and the rules that used to make sense and now do not.

We stop when the constraint has moved, or when you can run the loop without us.

Before I arrive

What you provide

The floor

Access to the floor and to one order we can follow all the way to cash.

The numbers

A profit-and-loss we can sort into throughput, investment, and operating expense. Numbers stay with you.

A yes

One person who can say yes to a free change this week.
